Article 1. Purpose
These terms set out user rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters related to using the service.
Article 2. Definitions

- "Libo" means points that can be earned and used within the service. Libo cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties, and earning/use standards and limits follow service notices and may change for operational reasons.
Article 3. Service Provision and Changes
- The service aims to help users view a variety of manga works more safely and conveniently.
- All or part of the service may be added, changed, or discontinued depending on operational and technical conditions. In particular, advertising operations and Libo earning/use policies may change for abuse prevention and operational reasons.
Article 4. Advertising and External Links
- The service may display advertisements for operations. Advertisements may be provided by third parties such as ad networks or advertisers and are not shown to users who have completed adult verification.
- The service may use scripts or tags from third-party advertising networks to provide advertising. Third-party ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
- Clicking an advertisement may open an external site in a new window or tab. The external site is responsible for its content, products, services, privacy practices, transactions, and related matters.
- The service works to reduce exposure to ads that may harm users, such as illegal gambling, phishing, scams, or malware inducement, but due to third-party provision it cannot pre-screen, control, or guarantee every advertisement.
- Users accessing from Korea may need adult verification for some features to comply with applicable laws.
Article 5. Points
Libo is a point system provided for in-service features such as expanding personal space. Libo cannot be exchanged for cash, used for external payments, transferred, lent, or pledged to third parties.
- Earning: Libo may be earned when users voluntarily use rewarded ads. To prevent abuse, policies such as login, Cloudflare security verification, earning count limits, waiting periods, and token validity periods may apply.
- Blocking/environment impact: Ad blockers, tracking prevention settings, browser environment, or network environment may prevent ads from displaying properly or limit Libo earning.
- Abuse: If abusive use is suspected, including automated clicks, bots/scripts, multiple accounts, or vulnerability exploitation, earned Libo may be canceled or usage restrictions such as feature or account restrictions may apply.
- Correction: If Libo is incorrectly earned or deducted due to system error, duplicate earning, abnormal traffic, or similar causes, the service may make reasonable corrections based on records.
Libo earning/use standards and limits follow service notices and may change for operational reasons.

The service is optimized for modern web browsers, and some features may be limited in older browsers. The following versions or newer are officially supported.

Article 7. Copyright Infringement Reports and Handling

If you claim to have a license or authorization, you may submit a counter notice from the same page.
Article 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the service may limit liability for damages arising from third-party advertisements, external links, or external site use, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the service.
- Advertisements may fail to display or Libo may fail to accrue due to third-party ad network policy changes, network failures, or user environments such as browser settings or blocking tools.
